Hello Dagny,
Love the work you are doing here.
I have a question regarding reapplications.
I am a social entrepreuner who also has a passion in the finance function of an industry which is totally different than my social enterprise (which is in the education industry).
My question is that in my HBS application I had made a career portrait concentrating only on my social enterprise and my future goals to enable it to enhance more and more human lives.
If I am to reapply this time, I have significantly advanced academically with many achievements and honurs, got an advanced degree and got into Ibanking in my other industry of interest. But I have also made monumental progress in my Social enterprise taking it Internationally and founding a subsidiary non profit in two and a half years after applying to HBS.

question: in my new application to HBS, how should the career goals be formulated.?Honestly, I am very much eager to advance along the dual career path as I have done in the last two years, taking both fields of passion into play.

But If I include my intentions about my newly advanced field along with my social enterprise ambitions, will I come across as an "un focussed goal setter" when they refer to my earlier career goals (which had no reference whatsoever to my other field of interest). I had portrayed it as if I was a complete Social Entrepreuner back then.

Thank you.
I appreciate it.
PS 1: I had applied only to Harvard and Stanford back then when I was 25. Now i will be applying when I am 28.
